My fees are bespoke and reflect the scale, complexity and ambition of the work we do together. Clients categorise my fees as an investment — one that delivers measurable returns in increased sales, profits, and / or shareholder value.
I typically work on the following commercial basis:

Fixed project fee, minimum £10,000.

Monthly retainer, minimum £1,200.

Call-off agreement (on-demand support), minimum £2,000.
While I prefer project-based or retainer arrangements, when hourly billing is required, my rate is £600.

In certain circumstances, particularly where there's strong alignment with my ideal client profile, I may agree to success-based arrangements, such as a share of:
