DO Radio

DO Radio is an innovative new radio station from the team behind The DO Lectures.

It champions what radio does best - live, unfiltered and unscripted conversations.

The DO Lectures are an annual event in West Wales for people who care about how they live and work. Its short, personal talks share lived experience, exploring purpose, creativity, leadership, sustainability, and courage, and are designed to provoke reflection, honesty, and meaningful action beyond the event.

It’s been running for over 15 years, and the talks have been viewed over 100 million times online.

Alan Wick gave a talk at the 2025 event which you can watch here.

The DO community consists of over 50,000 creatives, entrepreneurs and change-makers, who are all inspired, challenged and engaged in new ways of thinking and working.

In their DO Radio show, ‘Miracles Happen Here’, Jon Kaye and Alan Wick focus on The Quadruple Bottom Line of Purpose, People, Planet and Profit, creating a narrative journey from inner motivation → team → impact → commercial reality.

Unlocking story, insight and honesty rather than surface-level answers, every conversation is a fascinating insight into an entrepreneur’s business journey, building something that values more than money.

Raissa De Haas

Raissa De Haas

Raissa de Haas and her twin sister, Joyce, are bringing personality and flavour to the soft drink mixers category with style and sustainability, as co-founders of Double Dutch Drinks. Whilst partying at uni they found most mixers lacked the vibrancy of the spirits they were paired with. They used this as the focus of their joint Entrepreneurship Masters’ thesis which came top of the year and eventually became their business plan, winning seed money to bring their idea to life. Raissa and Joyce also wanted to do business the ‘right’ way, which is why they’re proudly carbon neutral and Certified B-Corp, championing their unwavering commitment to social and environmental responsibility. AND they’ve set up a Female Bartender Scholarship Scheme to support women in their aspiring bartender and mixologist careers.
