DO Lectures 2025

The DO Lectures is one of the most distinctive gatherings in entrepreneurship, creativity and ideas. Founded in 2008 by David and Clare Hieatt, it takes place each year on a remote former dairy farm overlooking Cardigan Bay in west Wales, an intentionally off-grid setting designed to encourage reflection and connection.

At its core is an intimate, three-day experience for around 100 carefully selected attendees. Yet its global reach is extraordinary: every talk is filmed and shared online, totalling more than 150 million views worldwide.

Over the years, DO has hosted 400+ speakers, an eclectic mix of entrepreneurs, creatives and changemakers, chosen for the honesty and impact of their stories rather than status. The talks are known for being raw, human and deeply personal.

What began in a cowshed has become a global movement, with international events and a loyal following, while still fiercely protecting its original ethos: small, meaningful, and action-oriented.Briefed to 'Give the talk you've always wanted to do - the one that scares you because it reveals the very essence of who you are’, I took them at their word!

The title of my talk became 'Confessions of a Money Obsessive’.

I shared my story, warts and all, and my epiphany when I learned about the power and true meaning of The Quadruple Bottom Line of Purpose, Planet, People and Profit.
