Group Coaching

What is Group Coaching?

Group Coaching is a facilitative process that leverages the resources and knowledge of a group of entrepreneurs working on a common theme but having different individual challenges and performance goals.

My own approach to Group Coaching is to:

  • create an environment of consent, willingness and trust.

  • foster an environment of learning and a growth mindset.

  • ensure all participants benefit from the peer learning with others.

  • bring out the collective wisdom of the group for each participant.

  • contribute as a coach and consultant.

  • ensure all participants have time to reflect and integrate their insights.

  • provide it as a training follow-on when appropriate.

  • support learners with the application of their learning, creating an on-going accountability structure.

  • facilitate an ongoing conversation, which supports change over time.

  • encourage perceptive questioning and reflective listening.

  • increase commitment and accountability.

  • foster a sense of community.

  • encourage networking opportunities.

Dr Rachel Morris

Founder, Wild Monday

"Alan's Group Coaching is really valuable and I’m incredibly grateful for access to his knowledge. He creates a lovely atmosphere and is very nurturing and helpful. What I also like about him is that he’s straight talking with his advice and tells it like it is, which is refreshing. Alan gave us fundamental knowledge about how to actually run a business, with a lot of concrete information I will be able to put into practice. It’s helped me to focus more and to delegate more. I think it’s going to be really beneficial because it’s made me constantly challenge myself and question my actions."
